1. AI services and providers
Text-to-speech (TTS) and speech synthesis providers: Volcengine, MiniMax, Microsoft and Google. Automatic speech recognition (ASR) providers: Volcengine and Alibaba Cloud.
TTS requests typically send text, voice identifiers and settings such as speaking rate to the provider used for the task. ASR requests send audio or a related file access URL and recognition settings. Listing providers does not mean every task is sent to all of them.
This list identifies providers and feature categories. Specific model names, versions and task routing depend on integration configuration. A provider name is not a model version, and this list does not identify the underlying models for voice cloning or video generation.
2. Services and scope
AIMIX Studio provides creation and processing tools for video, audio, text and media assets. Features, supported formats, limits and availability depend on the relevant feature pages and your account. Some features require sign-in, payment or third-party services.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your password and other sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others or access their accounts without permission.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact support promptly. You are responsible for account use you authorize and tasks you submit.
4. Content you submit
You must have the rights or permission needed to upload, process and use video, audio, images, text and other materials. Obtain appropriate permission when using another person’s voice, likeness or personal information.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content. Submitting a task authorizes the storage, transmission, processing and display necessary to carry out that task; it does not transfer ownership of your content to AIMIX Studio.
5. Content standards and prohibited categories (AUP)
These rules cover prompts, uploaded materials, voice samples and outputs from AI dubbing, TTS, speech synthesis, voice cloning, AI video and other features. Do not upload, generate, modify or distribute these six categories:
Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated content.
Violence / gore: graphic mutilation, dismemberment, abuse of people or animals, or content encouraging, threatening, instructing or glorifying violent crime, terrorism or violent extremism.
Hate speech: demeaning or dehumanizing people, or inciting discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM): sexualization, sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming or other content endangering anyone under 18, including fictional, animated or AI-generated child sexual abuse material.
Deepfakes / impersonation: cloning another person’s voice, likeness or identity without explicit authorization; deceptive audio or video misrepresenting a real person’s statements or actions; scams, false endorsements or impersonation of people or organizations. Authorized use must still comply with other restrictions and applicable synthetic-content labeling requirements.
Copyright / trademark infringement: using protected works, recordings, images or trademarks without permission or another lawful basis; fabricated brand authorization, confusion or other intellectual property infringement.
Do not evade these rules by splitting prompts or bypassing safety controls. Do not disrupt the service, abuse interfaces, distribute malware or access other users’ data without authorization.
6. Platform content review and investigation
The platform reserves the right to examine necessary prompts, materials, voice samples, outputs and task records when investigating safety alerts, reports, rights-holder complaints or other risk signals, and to request authorization evidence. Features may also be subject to underlying model providers’ safety restrictions.
These terms do not state that automated review of every input and output has been deployed or guarantee detection of every violation. Actual automated screening and human-review coverage must reflect mechanisms separately published and implemented by the platform.
7. Reporting channels and appeals
Use the “Contact us” link on this page or in-app support to report unsafe content, voice or likeness misuse, or copyright or trademark infringement. Label the request “Content safety report” and provide a task ID or content link, category, explanation and contact details. Rights holders may provide necessary ownership or authorization evidence.
Mark child-safety reports “Child safety / CSAM” and provide only necessary locating information. Do not generate, download or redistribute suspected illegal material to report it.
Appeal a task block or account action through the same channels with the task or account identifier, action details and authorization evidence. Do not create another account to evade restrictions.
8. Enforcement measures
Depending on severity, impact and repeated violations, the platform may refuse or stop generation, restrict access, remove violating content under its control, request authorization evidence, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. Necessary evidence of serious child-safety risks, fraud or other suspected illegal activity may be preserved and reported to competent authorities in accordance with law.
Reports and appeals may require identity or rights verification and additional evidence. Urgent risks may be restricted before review is complete. See the Privacy Policy for related information processing.
9. AI and processing results
AI-generated and automatically processed results may contain errors, omissions or unexpected output. Review accuracy, permissions and suitability before publishing, commercial use or relying on a result.
Output is not guaranteed to be unique or automatically eligible for intellectual property protection. Follow applicable content-labeling rules and the requirements of the platforms where you publish.
10. Fees and subscriptions
Prices, allowances, billing methods, validity periods and subscription arrangements are shown on the purchase page and order information. Confirm the product and its conditions before paying.
Refunds, cancellation and renewal are subject to the purchase information, applicable payment-channel rules and applicable law. Contact support with order details for duplicate charges, order errors or access problems; do not share full card details or passwords.
11. Service changes and responsibility
Maintenance, network failures, third-party changes or other circumstances may interrupt the service. Keep your own backups of important source materials and results.
Features and these terms may change. Review page notices and relevant communications for material changes affecting use. Any limitation of responsibility does not exclude non-waivable rights under applicable law.
12. Contact and disputes
For questions about accounts, charges, content processing or these terms, use the contact page or in-app support and provide the necessary task or order identifiers.
Disputes should first be addressed through communication. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law. Mandatory legal requirements prevail over conflicting provisions in these terms.
