1. AI services and providers
Text-to-speech (TTS) and speech synthesis providers: Volcengine, MiniMax, Microsoft and Google. Automatic speech recognition (ASR) providers: Volcengine and Alibaba Cloud.
TTS requests typically send text, voice identifiers and settings such as speaking rate to the provider used for the task. ASR requests send audio or a related file access URL and recognition settings. Listing providers does not mean every task is sent to all of them.
This list identifies providers and feature categories. Specific model names, versions and task routing depend on integration configuration. A provider name is not a model version, and this list does not identify the underlying models for voice cloning or video generation.
2. Account and sign-in information
Email sign-in involves processing your email address and information needed for registration, verification and authentication. Google sign-in provides account identifiers and basic profile information returned by your authorization, such as email, display name and profile picture, to identify your account and display user information.
Do not share passwords, verification codes or complete third-party access credentials with support.
3. Media, tasks and results
Creation features process submitted text, video, audio, images, task settings and results to run tasks, show progress and provide access to output. Features may use cloud storage or AI processing providers needed to complete the task.
Only upload materials you are entitled to process and avoid sensitive personal information unrelated to the task. Obtain the relevant person’s permission before using voice cloning or likeness-related features.
4. Orders and support
Purchases and top-ups involve order identifiers, products, amounts and payment status to confirm access, reconcile transactions and handle support. Payment providers process payment information under their own policies.
When you contact support, your contact details, issue description, task identifiers and attachments may be used to respond and investigate.
5. Cookies and usage information
Cookies or browser storage maintain sign-in sessions and save language and interface preferences. Analytics and diagnostic tools may process page visits, device or browser information and error events to understand usage and investigate problems.
You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage, which may sign you out or reset preferences. Browser privacy controls can also restrict third-party analytics.
6. Purposes and service providers
Information is primarily used to deliver requested features, maintain account security, confirm purchased access, respond to support requests and improve service operation.
Authentication, storage, AI, payment, analytics and support providers may process information needed for their respective functions. Third-party websites apply their own policies after you leave this site. Information may be processed in different countries or regions depending on provider and server locations.
7. Content safety reports and investigation data
Reports, rights complaints and appeals may involve your contact details, task identifiers, explanations and necessary identity, ownership or authorization evidence. Investigations may involve related prompts, materials, voice samples, outputs and task records to locate an issue, assess authorization and resolve a dispute.
Avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information. Necessary records may be retained or lawfully provided to protect rights, investigate misuse or cooperate with competent authorities. Access, retention, automated screening and human-review arrangements must reflect implemented procedures and further disclosures.
8. Retention and security
Retention depends on service purposes, account and task status, and transaction or security records required by law. Information types and features may have different retention arrangements; contact support to confirm a specific period.
No network transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Protect sign-in credentials, avoid staying signed in on public devices and back up important materials.
9. Your choices and requests
You can edit available account details, sign out, clear browser data or stop using a feature. Submit requests to access, correct or delete personal information, close an account or withdraw authorization through the contact page or in-app support.
Identity verification may be required to protect your account. The scope of a request and retention of necessary records depend on applicable law and service requirements. You can also manage Google authorization in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
10. Minors, updates and contact
Minors should use the service under guardian guidance and follow applicable age and permission requirements. Contact support if a minor’s information has been submitted inappropriately.
This policy may change as features and service providers change. For questions about privacy, information processing or this policy, use the contact page or in-app support.
